How long will it take for delivery of my order? That depends if the
items are in stock. If the items are in stock, they will generally be shipped
within 2-3 business days upon receipt of order. If the merchandise is out of
stock, we will contact you and let you know on the estimated time to receive
the product. If an order is delayed for any reason, you will also be notified.
We ship via UPS Ground so the time of arrival of your order depends on your
destination; generally, most UPS ground orders arrive 3-5 business days from
the date of shipment.
Do you ship overnight or 2-day delivery? Generally, we ship UPS
ground to cut down on customer costs, however, if you need an order to be
shipped overnight or 2-day, please contact us via phone or email and we will
give you a shipping quote. If you agree to the extra cost, we have no problem
shipping the order overnight or 2-day.
What are my purchase options? You may purchase online, using our
secure server, or by postal mail. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, money
order or personal check.
What if my order is damaged in shipping or is defective? If your
order is damaged during shipment or is defective, you may send it back for a
Free Exchange. We will reimburse you for the shipping costs to send the item
back to us.
What is your refund policy? If you are not satisfied with the
product for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full
refund as long as the item is in re-sellable condition. The return is Free (NO
RESTOCKING FEE). The only cost to you is your shipping back to us.
Do you ship to Canada? Yes, we do ship to Canada; however, an
extra shipping fee of $15.00 will be charged for orders outside the United
States to cover the extra shipping costs, associated fees and duties.
